We are offering a free first class Recorded Royal Mail delivery service on all our orders going to Mainland UK addresses.
We are pleased to accept orders from overseas and to ship them anywhere in the World. When we receive an international order we will check shipping costs and invoice you through Paypal for the delivery charge. Cost of shipping will vary not only due to weight but in some cases the volume weight of the package. Most orders will be shipped using the Royal Mail International Signed For Service. If you are not happy to pay the shipping charge you can cancel your order and all funds will be reimbursed back to your card.
Overseas customers should note that the prices displayed on this site are in GBP. The actual amount you will pay in your own currency will depend on the exchange rate at the time your is card billed for the transaction.

For Dispatch Of Your Order
We aim to turn around your order in as early a time as is possible but because most of our items are handmade to order we have to allow for delays in manufacturing. If you are concerned about the delay drop me an email and I will give you a more accurate estimate of the dispatch time on a particular order.On the plus side of being made made to order, if you’d like the shoulder straps a wee bitty longer/shorter or prefer the buckle straps stitched on instead of quick release button studs then that’s not a problem just let me know.
You have a seven day period from the date your goods arrive in which to decide if you wish to keep the order or send it back. If for any reason you decide not to keep your order please email me within this seven day period and I will email you back with a Returns Address.
We cannot refund until the goods have been returned to us, unused and in a saleable condition. We recommend that you use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery for your own protection. We will refund only the cost of the items returned.
If goods arrive damaged please inform us within 14 days if possible and we can arrange to have your order returned to us for a replacement or a refund.
Whether it’s a timeless classic bag or the new latest fashion they are all made with the same care and attention to detail and should with normal use last for ‘Donkey’s years’ if you have any problems or the new puppy chews the strap just get it back to me and I’ll see what can be done to sort it out.
