Description
Over the years I’ve been asked to make my own version of other straps and paddles, this version of ‘The biffer’ or ‘Irish Strap’ has proven to be popular.
Hand stitched from 2 or 3 layers of Bridle leather and skin side up on both sides for a smoother finish it is a firm and formidable implement of punishment. It’s shorter length makes it suitable for use on the hand or bottom.
Available in a variety of colours including traditional Brown and Black.
Made to order for you so if you’d like to alter the dimensions a little just let me know and please allow a little more time for manufacture.
Traditionally this strap didn’t have a hanging hole or a maker’s stamp but you can add these if you want, the maker’s stamp on offer is my own ‘MARGARET DICK MAKER LOCHGELLY’.
This leather is veg tanned and heavily wax burnished it will not require a lot of care but please avoid exposure to bright sunlight or heat, a wee polish up occasionally with a wax polish is all that’s required.
